Some technical tips as the servers are currently overloaded.
I find that including the www portion of the address gets better odds of access
Once you’re in, don’t keep F5-ing and reloading as it’s built on flash, and just needs time to load
You register for the game through purchasing your first street
If you click an option and you don’t see the red ‘loading’ sign, you’ll need to click again
Some people are reporting the IE8 (oddly) works best with the game. I’ve been able to access it over chrome and safari browsers as well.
